Perma-Glow Invisible UV (Matte Finish) dries invisible, matte, flexible, water proof, and fade resistant.  Use it on props, sets, masks, and costumes for a great invisible UV effect that can only be seen under a blacklight!

Perma-Glow has no shelf life that we are aware of and does not require climate controlled storage.  Perma-Glow can be thinned with water and will not stain skin, although we recommend wearing gloves when applying it.  Any of our Perma-Products can be mixed to create custom colors and textures.  Always shake well before using
